Erin Callahan's exhibition of large-format activist-inspired typography

For Melbourne Design Week, Testing Grounds join forces with Parlour in an outdoor exhibition of large-format activist-inspired typography.Testing Grounds invited Erin Callahan, a young Melbourne-based designer, to develop Speak Up. This responds to Testing Ground’s commitment to foregrounding emerging and experimental creative practice and Parlour’s advocacy and activism around gender equity in architecture.

Utilising the multi-funtional outdoor grid system at Testing Grounds, Erin  responded with a typographic project using content sourced from Parlour’s  guest-hosted Instagram account.

Collaborators include Millie Cattlin and Warren Taylor.
